Unexpected Sad News

It is with shock and deep sadness that I must share the news that David Kaye, K&H’s Cloth Specialist, passed away very unexpectedly, just after midnight today.

Living life fully as he did, he was out for a run last Friday, collapsed and never regained consciousness. He was surrounded by family and loved ones to the end and in accordance with his beliefs, the funeral was held this morning in New Jersey.

David will be missed by clients and customers who he had worked with since his Astor and Black days, some 14 years ago. He joined the team at Kemp and Hewitt this past December and with his depth of knowledge of the trade and fitted in immediately having an ever present impact on our business. For those of you who met David at the shows or on sales visits, you know the world is a dimmer place without his infectious energy and enthusiasm.
